UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, user-centered designs for our digital products and client solutions.
You will own the design process from research and wireframing through to high-fidelity prototypes and handoff to engineering.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma or similar tools.
- Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent tools.
- Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
