Technical Program Manager

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to coordinate complex, cross-functional technology programs for our clients.

You will drive program planning, execution, and delivery while managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage end-to-end delivery of technical programs across multiple teams.
  • Define program milestones, track progress, and communicate status to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies proactively.
  • Facilitate cross-team coordination and resolve blockers.
  • Drive continuous improvement in program management processes.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in technical program or project management.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Experience managing programs with distributed teams.
  • PMP or similar certification is a plus.

Work Environment

  • This is an on-site role based in Lagos, Nigeria.
  • Some travel may be required for client meetings.
