We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to coordinate complex, cross-functional technology programs for our clients.
You will drive program planning, execution, and delivery while managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage end-to-end delivery of technical programs across multiple teams.
- Define program milestones, track progress, and communicate status to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies proactively.
- Facilitate cross-team coordination and resolve blockers.
- Drive continuous improvement in program management processes.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in technical program or project management.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Experience managing programs with distributed teams.
- PMP or similar certification is a plus.
Work Environment
- This is an on-site role based in Lagos, Nigeria.
- Some travel may be required for client meetings.
