Our client is seeking a polished and professional Customer support and Sales specialist to join their dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to prospective clients, utilizing computer software to manage leads, and demonstrating in-depth product knowledge. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This role is an onsite role. Experienced individuals with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using a provided database.
  • Lead Management: Utilize computer software to log calls, track customer interactions, and manage leads.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to address customer inquiries and objections effectively.
  • Sales Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective scripts and pitches.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends and improve calling strategies.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and individual targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in a computer-related field.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
