Full-Stack Developer

We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join our Technology Services team. You will build and maintain web applications that power our consulting solutions and client-facing products.

The ideal candidate is comfortable across the stack, from building responsive UIs to designing APIs and working with databases.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain full-stack web applications using modern frameworks.
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs and database schemas.
  • Collaborate with designers and product managers to deliver high-quality user experiences.
  • Write clean, testable, and well-documented code.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to team standards.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in full-stack development.
  • Proficiency in React/TypeScript and Node.js or similar backend technologies.
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Work Environment

  • This is a fully remote role open to candidates based in Africa.
  • Flexible working hours with regular team sync-ups.
