Community Growth & Partnerships Associate — Fundrayser
Fundrayser Growth Office / Office of the CEO, Full-Time
Remote / Hybrid
SmartChain Limited is hiring a Community Growth & Partnerships Associate to support the growth of Fundrayser, a fundraising platform connecting campaign owners, donors, volunteers, project executors, organizations, and institutional partners. This role is designed to be accessible to high-potential recent graduates and early-career candidates.
The role will build and manage Fundrayser’s volunteer community; develop relationships with partners, sponsors, and funding organizations; research and coordinate grant applications; support campaign owners and project executors; contribute audience and market insights to the marketing team; drive individual and organizational subscription growth; and collect stakeholder feedback and translate it into clear recommendations for the engineering and business teams.
This is a high-visibility, hands-on growth and stakeholder-management role, not an administrative or social-media support position. The successful candidate will be accountable for measurable results across community participation, grants, partnerships, subscriptions, and stakeholder experience.
