We are seeking a Business Architect to help our clients redesign their operating models, streamline processes, and achieve sustainable growth.
You will work with senior leadership teams to map current-state capabilities, design future-state architectures, and build transformation roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Conduct business capability assessments and gap analyses.
- Design target operating models and transformation roadmaps.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather requirements.
- Develop business cases and ROI analyses for transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with technology teams to align business and IT architectures.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in business architecture, management consulting, or strategy.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, ArchiMate).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Experience working with C-suite stakeholders.
- MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
Work Environment
- This is a hybrid role based in New York, US.
- Travel to client sites may be required.
