UI/UX Designer

Remote — Global

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, user-centered designs for our digital products and client solutions.

You will own the design process from research and wireframing through to high-fidelity prototypes and handoff to engineering.

Responsibilities

Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma or similar tools.
Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries.
Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility.
Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent tools.
Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React) is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Work Environment

This is a fully remote role open to candidates globally.
Async-first collaboration with regular design reviews.
