Senior AI/ML Engineer

We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer to join our Technology Services & AI team. You will design, build, and deploy machine learning models and AI-driven solutions that power our clients’ digital transformation.

The ideal candidate has deep experience with modern ML frameworks, cloud-native architectures, and a passion for solving complex business problems with data-driven approaches.

Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable ML pipelines and models for client engagements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies and frameworks.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices.
Deploy and monitor models in production environments.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in machine learning or AI engineering.
Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Strong understanding of statistical modeling and data analysis.
Experience with MLOps, CI/CD for ML, and model monitoring.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

This is a fully remote role open to candidates globally.
