We are seeking a Business Architect to help our clients redesign their operating models, streamline processes, and achieve sustainable growth.

You will work with senior leadership teams to map current-state capabilities, design future-state architectures, and build transformation roadmaps.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct business capability assessments and gap analyses.
  • Design target operating models and transformation roadmaps.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather requirements.
  • Develop business cases and ROI analyses for transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to align business and IT architectures.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in business architecture, management consulting, or strategy.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, ArchiMate).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Experience working with C-suite stakeholders.
  • MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.

Work Environment

  • This is a hybrid role based in New York, US.
  • Travel to client sites may be required.
